ii) To provide computer education in an effort to enhance the employment

iv) To offer all facilities to the foreign students coming to India for education,
keeping due regard of their specific requirements and to similarly help the Indian
students going abroad to have an easy access to desired job placements through the
mechanism of specially designed bridge courses for them to enable to catch up with

Unique System of Franchising : The UNI has by now opened 70 Branches on Franchise basis. The Franchise rights have been granted to employees and the old trainees who had received education and training at the UNI set up. This is a unique system which does not require much publicity. |

The prospective Franchisees and Trainees assess the worth of the Company on their own, gather the requisite resources for creating necessary infrastructure and come forward for getting the franchise from UNI. The UNI grants the franchises to the applicants after satisfying themselves of the candidate's bona -fides and worth an agreement executed between the prospective branch franchisee and the UNI. Under this system, while the Franchisee gets 100% profit for their business. UNI assures them of their 100% free technical support. The Franchisees thus become the self styled Ambassadors of the UNI products, and the UNI in turn, gets free publicity and reputation in its field of operation. The system is working so very well that the UNI is planning to open 1000 Branches by the end of the December, 2011.

In the field of rehabilitation of defense personnel the company has further strengthened its hold in that it has been allotted courses involving more than 2250 students for the year ending March 31, 2010. This special interest of the Managing Director of the Company in the rehabilitation of Ex-servicemen shall continue not only to make them more and more worthy of taking up a new their profession in I.T. sector, but to see that they get involved in the business through getting franchises from UNI liberally.
